To request a refund for your Microsoft Office subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support website.
    2. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
    3. Select the product you need help with.
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Navigate to the "Contact Support" tab.
    6. Choose "Billing and Payment updates" and confirm.
    7. You can then chat with a support agent in your web browser.
