Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
May I please know if you have put your headphones in pairing mode? Are your headphones detected by other devices, such as your mobile phone, in their Bluetooth device lists?
First, please make sure the headphones are in pairing mode. (The Led light on your headphones should blink fast)
If they are already in pairing mode and are able to connect to other devices, you can try a few troubleshooting steps such as running the Bluetooth troubleshooter or reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers.
To run the troubleshooter, go to: Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth > Run.
Once that’s done, restart your computer and try connecting your headphones again.
If it’s still not working:
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
- Right-click your generic Bluetooth driver (Intel(R) or Realtek Bluetooth driver), select Uninstall device, then select the check box for Attempt to delete the driver software for this device, and click Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, restart your computer.
- Pair your headphones again and check if they are now listed and able to connect.
