Hello,

Please disregard, the solution was to turn on the "Default Scheduling Policy" Toggle in the services window.

    Dear @Sanders, Stephen, ENV,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft 365 Q&A forum. I am glad to hear that you have already identified a solution for your Microsoft Bookings configuration.

Just to confirm I have understood correctly: by turning on the "Default scheduling policy" toggle within the Service settings, you were able to successfully prevent users from selecting a specific staff member during the booking process.

I truly appreciate you sharing this solution with the community. It is very helpful for other users who may encounter the same challenge when trying to standardize their scheduling workflows.

For anyone else reading this thread, you can find further details on managing these settings in the official documentation: Set Microsoft Bookings scheduling policies

Thank you again for your contribution to the forum!
