    Hello,

Can you print from other devices, such as your smart phone, etc?

If the issue is unique to your computer only, please go to Settings to remove your printer. Then go to Canon's support page for your model.

    Download and install this driver:

Then add the printer back, see if it helps.

Note: This is not Microsoft website/URL, but it is the official OEM/manufacturer site.

To troubleshoot your Canon TR4722 printer that is not responding on Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check the Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. If it's a wireless printer, verify that it is connected to the same network as your computer.
    2. Check Printer Status: Look at the printer's display panel or check the printer status on your computer. If the printer shows any error messages, such as being offline or out of paper, address those issues first.
    3. Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help resolve temporary issues.
    4. Run the Printer Troubleshooter: On your Windows 11 computer, go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and then select Run next to Printer. This built-in troubleshooter can help identify and fix common problems.
    5. Check the Print Spooler Service: Ensure that the Print Spooler service is running. You can restart it by going to the Services application, finding Print Spooler, right-clicking it, and selecting Restart.
    6. Reinstall the Printer Driver: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer driver. You can do this through Device Manager.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to check for any firmware updates for your printer from the manufacturer's website.
