I keep getting charged 14 dollars over and over and over. I thought it was my Microsoft 365 subscription, but that should be canceled already. Rocket money says it’s a charge from Microsoft store!? I’ve been trying to get yall to quit charging me so long, and yall make it so hard. It’s outrageous. You want a tag i don’t know a tag!! Idk *** I’m getting charged for!

    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Use this guide to identify what the charge is for: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

Then follow the instructions here to cancel and request a refund: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/cancel-your-microsoft-subscription-c2c6b0e3-cab3-cb98-d83e-c9ad54620530

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Windows > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a callback.
