    Hello,

Did you check if the sender is in your blocked list or if the message is landing in Junk Email?

To fix a blocked sender in Hotmail/Outlook:

    • Sign in to Outlook.com with your Microsoft account.
    • Click the gear icon, then View all Outlook settings.
    • Go to Mail > Junk Email.
    • Under Blocked senders and domains, look for the sender's email.
    • Select the sender and click Remove to unblock them.
    • Save changes.

Ask the sender to resend the email after you unblock them.

If the email still does not arrive, check your Focused Inbox and rules to ensure nothing is moving the message automatically.
