Is this a work or school account, or a personal Microsoft account?
If you cannot receive the Authenticator notification and it is your only verification method, you must select “I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now” on the sign in page and use another registered method. If no other method appears, you need to start account recovery at https://account.live.com/acsrfor personal accounts. If this is a work or school account, only your Microsoft 365 admin can reset your authentication methods. There is no other supported way to unlock the account without verification.
