To better understand your issue, could you please help confirm a few details:
-Are you able to receive emails when signing in to Outlook on the web?
-Are you using Classic Outlook or the New Outlook?
-When you sign in to Microsoft Teams on the web, does it load normally there?
-Have you already tried removing and re-adding the account in Outlook, and if so, does the same sync error appear again?
-You also mentioned :“I switched to our account and it brought up a new Teams with blank calendars, no chat history etc.” Do you mean other users in your organization are also experiencing the same issue?
If you are using a work or school account, please also contact your IT administrator to check that the appropriate licenses are still assigned and that the mailbox is active.
