Delisting an IP address, not getting a response

I have tried 3 times going to https://sender.office.com to delist an IP address, filled out the form 3 times. Each time using a different email address at the same domain and waited for the email to come in to validate the address but never received an email back.

If anyone has any suggestions or something else to try, please let me know.
