To resolve this issue, please try the methods below:
Method 1: Sign out of Outlook and then sign in again.
Method 2: Clear the cache of the New Outlook by following the steps below:
Step 1: Completely close Outlook.
Step 2: Press Windows + R, then enter the appropriate path: olk.exe --devtools
Step 3: Select Application.
Step 4: Under sections such as Cookies and Local Storage, right-click outlook.office.com > select Clear.
After completing the steps above, please close Outlook and continue with the following steps:
- Open a web browser
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete > select Clear now
Finally, restart your device and reopen Outlook to check if the issue is resolved.
