Got this message and then that I'm going to be charged hundreds of dollars for an Office Subscription. What is this?

    Hi, happy to help here.

    Did you check your Microsoft account under Services and subscriptions to see if an Office or Microsoft 365 plan is listed?

    The message about a KQL Database being shared is only a sharing notification from a Microsoft service. It does not create a Microsoft 365 subscription or charge you. Microsoft only bills you if a subscription shows under your account at account.microsoft.com. If no subscription appears there, you will not be charged.
