Can't Upload Quicken update

I am unable to upload the Quicken update. I call Quicken and they were unable to help me stating there is an issue with Microsoft allowing the update in my computer.

    Hello, just to ask are you running the latest Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 updates? Microsoft supports third-party app updates through keeping your system and Office current. Make sure Windows is fully updated, Microsoft 365 apps are updated via File > Account > Update Options and run the Office Quick Repair tool. If the update still fails, contact Quicken support with your Windows and Office versions. I also suggest working with Quicken while keeping your system and apps updated.
