I can´t login into my account

I can't login into my account because it asked me to change my password, so I did it, but then asked me to give the verification code that was sent to my phone number, the problem is that I don't have the same phone number anymore and it doesn't allow me to change it because is asking for the verification code, so I'm stock with it.

Could you please change it or reset my account, i don't know what the solution is but I already tried everything that the support page gave me and nothing worked, I need it ASAP because I need to use microsoft project

I'm writing with my other institutional mail because it doesn't allow me to contact you guys with the other mail: [Moderator note: personal info removed]

I have a back up mail but it doesn't give me the choice for using that methodology, just the phone number.
