When I try to log into my Microsoft account through my laptop settings, it says, "Oops, something went wrong. There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser. " When I go to the website and log in, there's no prompt or anything to help me log in through my actual device, if that makes sense? TYIA
