how to fix me being stuck in bios menu of ASRock AB350M Pro4 after enabling secure boot

i need secure boot on for gaming and i have had it turned on for a few years without any problems but i went on vacation and unplugged my pc so it had no elektricity after i came back from my vacation i tried turning secure boot on because my bios settings got reset and now i got this problemi i have

replaced my cmos battery

i am running it on uefi mode

i have csm turned off

i have my first boot option on windows boot manager

my disk is on GPT

i have cleared my boot key and reinstalled it

i have updated my motherboard to the newest update (P10.43)

    i have always used windows 11 and it says my TPM is working

    Hi,

    Did you upgrade your Windows 10 to 11?

    Check if TPM is being recognized in Windows by accessing TPM.msc in the search bar.
