Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Is this happening on one device or on all your devices?
    2. Have you checked if Focused Inbox is turned on and if your emails might be going to the Other tab instead of the main Inbox?

In the meantime, I recommend checking out this Microsoft support article:

    Check any Outlook rules:

    • In https://outlook.live.com/mail go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Rules and Mail > Forwarding to make sure no one has set up rules to forward or delete your messages.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

Click "Add comment" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you are not receiving any new emails in your Outlook or web email for several weeks, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Outlook on the Web: Sign in to Outlook on the web to see if your Microsoft 365 email account is working correctly. If you can see new emails there, the issue might be with your email app or device.
    2. Run Support and Recovery Assistant: Download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant on your computer. This tool can help diagnose and fix issues that might be affecting your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account. It can also check for issues related to your email settings.
    3. Check for Account Issues: Ensure that your account is active and that there are no licensing issues. Sometimes, problems with the account can prevent emails from being delivered.
    4. Mobile Access: If your mobile email is also not updating, ensure that your mobile app is configured correctly. You may need to check the account settings or reinstall the app.
    5. Contact Support: Since you mentioned contacting Microsoft email recovery, it may take some time for them to respond. In the meantime, try the above steps to see if they resolve the issue.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may need to consider creating a new profile in Outlook or even re-creating your mailbox if necessary.
