I was hacked due to my stupidity on 12 Feb, and the hackers sent out an email to my address book saying that I was unable to speak and please sned apple cards.

Since then I have been unable to receive emails and when I contact Microsoft Support I get told I need to contact Outlook Support. However follow the instructions, below, when I enter Contact Support, step 3, it says nothing found.

As you are facing the same issues on [outlook.live.com] and application in this case we will be needing assistance of [outlook.com] support. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below in order to raise a ticket on [outlook.com] 1) Sign in to https://outlook.live.com 2) Click on Help and then on ? Help from the top row. 3) Type Contact Support in the right pane and search. 4) Click on Yes from Still need help? 5) Then click on Chat with Support Agent.

Where do I go from here?

    Hi Easom Tanner,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how stressful and frustrating this is, especially after your account was taken over and you suddenly stopped receiving emails. When you try to contact support and see “nothing found,” it can feel like a dead end.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

You can complete the Account Recovery Form (ACSR) to request Microsoft Support to restore your account.

If you do not receive a response after a period of time, please contact Support again using the steps below to get direct assistance.

    • Visit: Contact – Microsoft Support
    • Search for “Account Recovery” in the search box.
    • Click “Get Help” and press Enter.
    • Sign in with another Microsoft account (create one if needed) to proceed.
    • Navigate to “Contact Support.” User's image
    • For product/service, select "Other Products."
    • For category, choose "Manage Account Security." User's image
    • Look for and select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" or a similar callback option.
    • Clearly explain your situation. User's image

    Thank you for your understanding.
