I have been a recipient of your services since October 2022. See the attached invoice (which will show how long I have been a customer). For many months, I have been having problems using your services; Microsoft 365 simply doesn't work. I have tried everything.

Please provide me a link to reload the program. As the holder of your license. Thank you in advance, and I hope you can fix this quickly.

    Two or three weeks ago, I received information that I wasn't the license holder and could use the one-week license for free. Unable to contact Microsoft, I decided to pursue this option. However, I have a license with the number: [Moderator note: personal info removed] . It's very difficult, despite repeated attempts, to contact Microsoft. You suggest that someone else might also be using this number. No one else is using this license. My partner has his own license. The free license expires in two days, so I need immediate help and a solution to this misunderstanding. I'm very frustrated because I'm wasting my time on something I shouldn't be.
