Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

This can happen if the system detects unusual activity, or if your account hasn’t been fully verified.

For personal accounts, the best place to start is making sure your account is fully verified, check that your security info (like your phone number or alternate email) is up to date at https://account.microsoft.com Once that’s done, the limits often lift within 24 hours.

For more detailed guidance please see "How can I increase sending limits?" section here: https://support.microsoft.com/office/sending-limits-in-outlook-com-279ee200-594c-40f0-9ec8-bb6af7735c2e

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If certain senders are receiving bounce error messages indicating that your account is "limited," it may be related to the Junk E-mail list limit in Microsoft Exchange. This limit is set to 510 kilobytes (KB) for the cumulative size of your Safe Senders, Blocked Senders, and Safe Recipients lists. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Your Junk E-mail Lists: Review the entries in your Safe Senders, Blocked Senders, and Safe Recipients lists. If you have a large number of entries, you may need to remove some to reduce the overall size.
    2. Manage Junk E-mail Lists: If prompted by Outlook, you can manage your Junk E-mail Lists to remove unnecessary entries. This will help you stay within the size limit and potentially resolve the bounce issue.
    3. Contact Your Email Administrator: If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself, consider contacting your email administrator for further assistance. They may have additional tools or permissions to help address the limitation.

By following these steps, you should be able to address the bounce error messages and receive emails from the affected senders.
