cannot receive Inuit emails

I have godaddy and havent been able to receive emails from Intuit accounting software. There is no quarantined or blocks. any tips?

First, please confirm one detail so the steps match your setup: are you using GoDaddy Professional Email (webmail/Titan), or Microsoft 365 email through GoDaddy (sign-in via Outlook on the web)?

As a quick isolation test, sign in to your GoDaddy webmail and check whether any Intuit messages are there. If messages appear in webmail but not in your app, the issue is usually a client configuration/sync setting; if they do not appear in webmail either, it points to server-side filtering or DNS/mail routing.

Intuit publishes a list of common sender addresses (for example, do_not_reply at intuit.com and notification senders). Add the relevant Intuit sender addresses/domains to your allow list/safe senders with GoDaddy (or Outlook if you use Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy), then request Intuit to resend the invite/notification.
