2026-02-26T19:57:16.54+00:00 I recommend getting back in touch with them and explaining what happened. Since this is a community forum, I can only offer suggestions here. It’s still up to Microsoft to address and resolve the issue.

This has been identified as a back-end issue on Microsoft’s side, and it happens after a clean installation. At this time, there is very little that can be done on our end, as a permanent solution must be implemented by Microsoft. It is important to report this through the Feedback Hub app or through the Get Help and support. Search for the issue first, then select Contact support at the bottom of the results page. The more reports Microsoft receives, the faster they can address the problem.
