I've spent countless hours with Pearson support regarding being dismissed from MD-102 certification exam. I was taking my exam on my macBook. It met all the criteria of prerequisites and using the Pearson software. During the exam, my iPhone rang (which was in another room) which rang my macBook. Since the locked down browser blocked all interactions, I could not answer. At that time, a proctor messaged me and inquired. I explained that a call must have come in on my phone which rang my computer inadvertently. They said thank you and left. The next moment I was kicked out of the exam They claim that I accessed a cell phone during my exam yet I did not. When contacting Pearson VUE support, they state that I accessed my cellphone as the reason. All they will do is give me a case number and told "go ask Microsoft as this has been escalated". This is SO frustrating! Then they tell you to go to learn.microsoft.com then Q&A and post your question here. Are they serious?
