Unable to adjust sound volume while listening to webinar.

Thank you. The webinar was on Zoom. It was only a problem when I received a phone call and wanted to turn the volume down. I tried turning my wired speakers off and then the sound came from the RealTek audio speaker in the PC! I was still unable to control the volume. After I left the webinar, I did the audio check that you recommended. It said the device driver was out of date and installed a new device driver. I also did the Windows update for today. The speaker volume controls are now functioning correctly. Thank you!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you can't adjust the volume of the sound from your device while attending webinar. Kindly check and follow the steps below:

May I know what application are you using to attend the webinar? Have you tried to check the volume from there?

Please try the FN key from your keyboard, usually it is in F1-F6, please look for the speaker icon.

If the issue persists, Run the Audio troubleshooter

Click on the Start menu and type Troubleshoot and then press enter

Find the Audio option and then run it

Check if the problem persists.
