Hi Tony Fischer,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you want to connect Raycon Bluetooth earbuds to a new Windows laptop.
I’d like to narrow this down a bit to better understand the scenario:
1, Which Windows version is installed on the laptop (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?
2, Does Bluetooth appear and stay turned on in Windows, or does it turn off automatically?
In the meantime, you can try these steps:
1, Put the Raycon earbuds into pairing mode
- Remove both earbuds from the case
- Press and hold the button or touch area on both earbuds until the LED starts flashing (pairing mode)
2, Turn on Bluetooth in Windows
- Select Start
- Open Settings
- Go to Bluetooth and devices
- Turn Bluetooth On
3, Add the earbuds
- In Bluetooth and devices, select Add device
- Choose Bluetooth
- Select the Raycon earbuds when they appear in the list
4, Make sure the earbuds are selected as the audio output
- Select the speaker icon on the taskbar
- Choose the Raycon earbuds as the output device
5, Restart Bluetooth services if the device does not appear
- Select Start
- Type services and open Services
- Restart Bluetooth Support Service
6, Update Bluetooth drivers
- Select Start
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Bluetooth
- Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver
