Unable to play Ubisoft titles?

Hello, I've been having some troubles with my gamepass lately. As you can see, for whatever reason, I'm completely unable to download or play games made by Ubisoft. Regardless of which game I choose, if it's by them, it always has a "..." where the download button would be. I initially thought it might have been because I'm not a Ubisoft member, but even the games that aren't marked as Ubisoft+ are completely unavailable to me (such as the game I used as an example, it has no U+ logo anywhere on it). I've tried restarting the app and restarting my pc (several times) but it persists. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hii,

You have the Ubisoft Connect app installed and the extension enabled in the settings.

You need to have Ubisoft Connect enabled and your Microsoft account linked because the download is from the Ubisoft software. If it doesn't work, try the Microsoft Store.

I have similar issue but I own the game. Both Xbox and Ubisoft apps are connected but can't see xbox app game in my ubisoft app. When I press install in xbox app it says "content failed to load" and when i press "see in Ubisoft Connect" it does nothing.

Any ideas?
