updation of my name in both ms learn and pearson for my scheduled exam and its certification

Hi

I am having an issue while giving my exam DP-900 as my name is appearing thrice and it's not marching my id.

I have already updated the name on ms learn from my side, but that's not followed to pearson.

The correct name to be appeared is "Mohd Faiz Husain".

Kindly look into the matter asap, as my scheduled exam on 28feb is dependent on that.

The name on the Microsoft Certification profile must exactly match the name on the government-issued ID and the name used at Pearson VUE. If they do not match, the proctor can deny the exam.

Since the name has already been corrected in Microsoft Learn but is still wrong at Pearson VUE, this requires direct support intervention; it cannot be fixed only from the Learn side before the exam date.

Take these actions immediately:

1. Verify and correct the name in the Microsoft Certification/Learn profile
   • Ensure the legal name in the Learn profile is exactly: Mohd Faiz Husain.
   • If the legal name field itself is wrong or blocked, request help via Microsoft Credentials Support: Microsoft Credentials Support.
2. Contact Pearson VUE to correct the exam record
   • Pearson VUE holds the active exam appointment details; the name shown during check-in comes from their system.
   • Open a support case with Pearson VUE and request a correction of the candidate name for the scheduled DP-900 exam so that it matches the ID and the Microsoft profile.
3. If the name issue is not resolved before exam day
   • Be aware that, per Microsoft exam security policy, the first and last name used to register must match exactly the first and last name on the ID presented on test day. If they do not, the proctor can refuse the exam.
   • If support cannot correct the name in time, reschedule the exam (via the Pearson VUE scheduling portal or from the Learn profile) after the name has been fixed.
4. For similar legal-name issues
   • For any future corrections to the legal name on the Microsoft Certification profile (for example, if it was entered incorrectly such as repeated multiple times), use Microsoft Credentials Support: Microsoft Credentials Support.

Because this is a profile and identity mismatch across systems, only Microsoft Credentials Support and Pearson VUE support can fully align the name for the scheduled exam and resulting certification.
