What type of microphone are you using — wired connection, wireless connection, or built-in microphone?
Make sure the plug is firmly inserted, or try another USB port. If it’s Bluetooth, please confirm that it is connected and able to make calls.
You can perform a quick check: open Settings >> System >> Troubleshoot >> Other troubleshooters, then run the Audio troubleshooter. The system will automatically detect and fix problems. Even if it doesn’t fix the issue, it will tell you what error is preventing the microphone from working. You can provide the troubleshooting results so we can better determine the cause. Thank you.
