how to retrieve my recovery key

I have a message on my laptop stating to go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey to retrieve my recovery key so i can get my laptop working again

    Use your phone or another computer and go to:

    https://aka.ms/myrecoverykey

    Log in with the Microsoft account that was used on this laptop.

    Match the Recovery Key ID shown on your laptop screen with the one listed online.

    Enter the 48-digit key into your laptop.

    If you don't find the key there is NO way to bypass BitLocker. You must fully erase the drive and reinstall Windows (all data will be lost).
