I have Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5, the problem is the screen stops auto rotation, rotation switch is missing too.

Press Windows + R Type: services.msc Press Enter
Find:
Sensor Monitoring Service
Sensor Service
Make sure they are Set to Automatic and Started
Restart laptop.
Visit support site of Lenovo and search your exact Flex 5 model. Update all the drivers. Reboot.
