Azure Virtual Training Day 50% exam discount not applied to AZ-900 exam (account created after event)

Hello,

I attended the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals event using the email address ******@naver.com.

I received the confirmation email stating that I am eligible for a 50% discount on the AZ-900 certification exam.

However, at the time of the event, ******@naver.com was only configured as a recovery email for an existing Microsoft account, and I did not have a Microsoft account directly associated with that email address.

After receiving the eligibility email, I created a new Microsoft account using ******@naver.com and used this account to sign in to Microsoft Learn and schedule the AZ-900 exam through Pearson VUE.

Unfortunately, the 50% discount is not being applied at the checkout page.

Could you please verify my eligibility and apply the Virtual Training Day discount to my Microsoft account (******@naver.com)?

I can provide the event confirmation email if needed.
