Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community. I understand the confusion, as some online instructions for Visio may not match the current Microsoft 365 screen labels. Visio Plan 2 is a standalone product, so the download option appears in a different location than the main Install Office button.
If your Visio Plan 2 license has been assigned to your work or business account, you can install Visio on Windows 11 by signing in at https://www.office.com, clicking your profile picture or initials ->View account, opening My account, and then selecting My Apps. In the Apps section, you should see Visio Plan 2, where you can choose Install Visio and follow the on‑screen steps to complete the installation.
If Visio does not appear in the list, please try signing out and signing back in, or check with your IT administrator to confirm that the Visio Plan 2 license has been assigned to your account. As a temporary option, you can also access Visio for the web at https://visio.office.com.
