how to fix word if it is not working

from past two days i am trying to open my word but its not opening and saying that microsoft word ran into a problem and sowing options then i even clicked on repair now but there is no response

Have you tried launching Word in Safe Mode? Please press Windows + R, type winword /safe, and then press Enter.

When you attempted the repair, did you select Quick Repair or Online Repair? If you only ran Quick Repair, I recommend trying Online Repair instead: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Microsoft Office > Change > Select Online Repair > Restart the PC after it completes.

If it still doesn’t work, please uninstall Office: Right-click Microsoft Office > Select Uninstall > Follow the instructions > Restart your computer.
