Needing to sort out my Microsoft three account seem some confusion

Today I received a lot of emails from Microsoft about my account, which doesn't make sense. I believe I have paid the 356 premium account up to date, which is due in December 2026. Currently, you're telling me that I am full in some areas, which I don't understand. I got online before but have been unable to do so since, and I haven't received a code to try and get this resolved. It's becoming a nightmare to try to contact anyone.
My name is [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed], and you will already have my details within your system. Hopefully, I look forward to some feedback. Kind regards [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

    Hello Max Fehring,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I understand you have paid for Microsoft 365 premium subscription, but you still receive notice form Microsoft.

First let verify your subscription status to make sure it's active:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Sign in with the exact Microsoft account you used to buy the subscription.
    • You should see:
      • Active subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Premium)
      • Expiration or renewal date
      • Billing status (paid, past due, canceled)

If your subscription is active, it will clearly say Active and show a next billing or expiry date. Next, I need to ask a few questions to better understand your issue:

You said you are full, are you referring to your OneDrive storage?

You also mentioned you got online before but unable to do so since, doesn't this mean you are currently can't access your Microsoft account because you don't receive any verification code?

Reply back to this post and update me on your situation, I'll be happy to help.
