I understand that losing access to email is very frustrating, especially when you need to recover emails from around 30 days ago.
- If you need to recover a Gmail account (@gmail.com): please use Google’s official account recovery flow and follow their instructions.
- If you are referring to an Outlook.com/Hotmail account (Microsoft account): please use the Sign‑in Helper and/or Microsoft’s “Help with the Microsoft account recovery form” guidance to submit a recovery request.
