- Did you check your Junk or Spam email folders to see if the incoming emails from senders ended up there?
- Have you tried or are you using a VPN connection while you are in Sri Lanka?
The issue could be related to an internet connection, or your emails might be getting filtered into other folders.
- I recommend switching your network to another Wi‑Fi network on your computer, such as a mobile hotspot.
- Then open an incognito/private browsing window in any web browser and sign in with your Microsoft account here:
Check if you can send or receive emails normally via the web.
If you are still having issues, please also check if you have enough mailbox storage available to send or receive emails.
