How to resolve this please?

Even the IT admin of our school doesn't know. I keep missing online classes because of this and the link my classmates send me wouldn't work. The school page said they send a message to the head office, but still no update. I couldn't also see the calendars or everything about my student email since this is where it would always lead me when i open my account. We're currently having teachers send our grades, and I just really wish i'm exempted for not having perfect attendance, but i'm obviously gonna be not. I can't keep up the whole sem with this still not fixed. Please, do help if you know. I'd be truly thankful.

    Hello @Magdoboy, Kent (Student)

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how concerning this is, especially when it is affecting your online classes and attendance. Let’s go through a few checks to identify whether this is an account configuration issue.

Step 1/ Confirm the account type

Please confirm that you are signing in with your official school account (for example: ******@schooldomain.edu) and not a personal Microsoft account.

Step 2/ Try accessing services directly

On a browser (preferably Chrome or Edge in InPrivate/Incognito mode), try accessing:

    Let me know:

    • Do you receive an error message?
    • Are you redirected to a specific page?
    • Can you see any Microsoft 365 apps listed after sign-in?

Step 3/ Check if other students are affected

If multiple students are experiencing the same issue, this strongly indicates a tenant-level configuration or licensing issue.

    Important

If you confirm that multiple students are experiencing the same issue, this strongly indicates a tenant-level or licensing configuration problem within your school’s Microsoft 365 environment.

If your school IT administrator is also unable to resolve this, the issue will require escalation to Microsoft Support by your school’s Global Administrator.

Students do not have permission to fix licensing, account provisioning, or tenant configuration issues. Only your school IT department can open a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

I recommend sharing this thread with your school IT team so they can review the troubleshooting steps above and escalate the issue to Microsoft Support if needed.

I look forward to your update.
