Access Issue with Microsoft Business Center Portal (BCP)
Dear Microsoft Volume Licensing Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance regarding an access issue with the Microsoft Business Center Portal (BCP).
Although I have been granted the necessary permissions for my account, I am unable to log in to the portal.

Error Description: When I try to log in, I encounter an error or a message stating that I do not have permission. (Please find the attached screenshot of the error.)
[What I Request]
Please check if my account is correctly mapped to our company's PCN (Public Customer Number).
Please synchronize my profile so I can access the BCP portal properly.
