Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you haven't backed up your Microsoft Authenticator credentials to the cloud or to a recovery email address, you will not be able to restore all of your accounts.

In this situation, you will need to reset 2FA for each account.

To do this, sign in with your Microsoft account in the Authenticator app.

When you are asked to verify your identity, select "I can't use my Authenticator app right now" and follow the prompts to confirm your identity using an alternate security contact method, such as your phone number or email address.

Once completed, your account should be added back to the Authenticator app. You will need to follow the same procedure for each additional account that requires 2FA.
