I signed up with my personal mail id and then added edu email for Microsft 365 but haven't received LinkedIn premium link. It's been already more than 3 month. When I go to the Subscription section in microsoft 365 dashboard, it only shows microsoft 365 premium, but didn't show LinkedIn premium. I haven't received any email from microsoft store in my email even in spam or junk folder.

My edu email id verified as well i got 1 yr free service for Microsoft 365 but linkedin premium link is missing

regards,

    Hello Sneha Singh,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see that you have sign up for the Microsoft M365 LinkedIn Premium 12-month offer, but you haven't received your LinkedIn premium activation mail yet.

LinkedIn activation email can take up to 7 days for the email to get to you. In some cases, it may take 10-14 days or more for the email to arrive. After that amount of time, make sure you look again for the activation mail in the spam section too.

So right now, the best course of action to take is to please be patience and wait.

If you need further assistance, feel free reply back to this post. I'll be happy to help.
