How to get GitHub Copilot certification and Transcript into this Microsoft Login?

I have cleared GitHub Copilot certification on 5/15/2025, so how to get the Transcript and the certificate into this (******@accenture.com) profile, so that i can download both certification and transcript?

    You earned the certification before the exams and certifications were moved to the Microsoft Learn platform. As far as I am aware, certifications earn before the move have not been migrated to Learn profile.
