Unable to paste snip picture in replying email

Hi,

We are using 365, recently i can't paste snip picture in replying emails, i tried to follow the suggested solution but it is not working.

This happens few weeks ago, before i have no problem with it. Can you do something about it please.

If the problem occurs in Outlook (Classic),

please click "Format Text," change the email format to HTML, and see if you can insert it.

The issue is likely caused by the browser blocking clipboard access (copy/paste) for Office/Outlook on the web.

To fix this in the browser being used with Outlook on the web (for example, when replying to emails in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web):

1. Open the browser on the page where Outlook is running (Outlook on the web or Outlook.com).
2. In the address bar, select the View site information / Lock icon next to the site URL.
3. Find the Clipboard permission.
4. Change the setting to Allow (or toggle it On, depending on the browser).
5. Close and reopen the reply window and try pasting the snip picture again.

If pasting still fails after enabling clipboard access, test copy/paste in another browser to confirm whether the problem is specific to the original browser.
