Missing LinkedIn Premium Benefit - Microsoft 365 Student Promotion

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding my Microsoft 365 Premium student subscription, which I activated on February 13, 2026.

As part of the 12-month student promotion, I am entitled to LinkedIn Premium Career. While my Microsoft 365 subscription is active and visible in my Microsoft Account Services, I have not yet received the LinkedIn activation email or redemption token.

Account Details:

Personal Microsoft Account Email: PII removed@gmail.com

Verified Student Email: PII removed@fuoye.edu.ng

Activation Date: February 13, 2026

I have already checked my Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders in both my personal and student email accounts, and the benefit is not listed under my "Services & Subscriptions" page.

Could you please verify my eligibility and manually issue the LinkedIn Premium Career activation token?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

PII removed

Eligibility for specific promotional benefits such as LinkedIn Premium Career with a Microsoft 365 student offer cannot be verified or adjusted from the available information. Manual issuance of a LinkedIn Premium activation token also cannot be performed here.

For this scenario, the next steps are:

    1. Confirm the active subscription and its type
      • Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the personal Microsoft account used for activation.
      • Verify that the correct Microsoft 365 subscription is listed as active and that the expiry/renewal date matches the expected 12‑month student promotion period.
    2. Check that the correct account is being used
      • Ensure that the same personal Microsoft account used to redeem the student promotion is the one being checked for benefits and used to sign in to Microsoft 365 services.
    3. Contact official support for benefit issues
      • Because promotional benefits and third‑party services (such as LinkedIn Premium) are handled on the back end of the subscription system, only Microsoft Support can:
        • Confirm eligibility for the specific student promotion.
        • Check whether a LinkedIn Premium activation email/token was generated.
        • Re‑issue or correct the benefit if applicable.
Use one of the official support entry points for account/subscription issues:

    When contacting support, provide:

    • The personal Microsoft account email (masked if sharing in public forums).
    • The verified student email domain (for example, fuoye.edu.ng).
    • The activation date of the Microsoft 365 student subscription.
    • A description that the LinkedIn Premium Career benefit from the 12‑month student promotion has not been received and does not appear under Services & subscriptions.

Support can then review the subscription details in the backend systems and, if the promotion applies, assist with issuing or re‑issuing the LinkedIn Premium activation.
