Bing Maps Municipality Border data

I've come across an issue for a specific geographical location.

In the city of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, when I try to pull the geographical data and form a map in Excel, based on the names of the municipalities in the city, I get incorrect shapes, for at least 2 municipalities: Lazarevac and Surčin.

it seems as though the data is pulled for the cities that are capitals for these Municipalities and are named the same. The data source is Wikipedia, but it there it seems that the data is correct (at least for the shape on the image files).
I 've tried multiple steps to correct this issue, but it seems to me there is an issue at the source (where ever that is), that the city is recognized as the municipality (for their same name) and that there is no way to bypass this, since the issue is at the source.

The steps I've tried:

  • add geography specific data (country, city) in the table and/or in the cell
  • the data is obviously in the table since every other thing working as it should
  • brute force the data entry, to try and potentially locate another source for pulling the borders of the municipality, etc.

Thank you in advance.

BR,

Luka
