MCP - How to get Certificate

Question

Since Microsoft retired the old MCP portal, how do I get my certificate from Microsoft Learn?

Certifications can be found on Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

Certificates are now managed through Microsoft Learn instead of the old MCP portal.

To get a certificate from Microsoft Learn after passing an exam:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used for the exam.
2. Go to the Credentials area (Certifications tab) where earned certifications are listed.
3. Open the relevant certification.
4. Use the view/print option in the browser and save as PDF to keep a copy of the certificate. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; viewing, printing, and saving as PDF is the supported method.

If a certification you expect is missing from your Learn profile, submit a request to Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review and correct your records.
