My question was deleted due to 'Code of Conduct?'

Hi,

I asked a question about a floating sound icon that appeared on my monitor after a Microsoft update this evening.

After trying with an image of my monitor screen showing the icon was deleted automatically, I tried again without the image and it was again deleted due to a violation of the Code of Conduct.

I went over every single word and there was noting that I could see that would trigger this.

Can anyone help me with this?

TIA

KJA
