    If it has been repaired and is working, what needs to be fixed? If you are getting a message that Word is not working and needs to be repaired, don't bother with the Repair Now button, as it runs the Quick Repair, which often does not solve the problem. Instead, perform a full online repair following the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b

    The subject says "not working" and in the problem description you stated "is working." I am guessing that the latter is a typo and the document is in fact not working for you. You will need to specify what you observe. Do you see any error messages?

    If Word crashes or generates an error message, try an Online Repair, as Suzanne has already suggested.

    However, if a single document fails to open, we definitely need the words of the specific error message to diagnose the issue.
