None of the Trustees can access One Drive, but I do not have the necessary permissions to allow them to do so. I am the only staff member left. Can anyone advise what I should do?

    Hello,

If you are not a Global admin, you must complete Microsoft’s official admin takeover process to regain control of the tenant. Sign in at admin.microsoft.com and check your role under Roles. If no Global admin is available, “become the admin” process to verify your domain and assign yourself the role. Only a Global admin can restore OneDrive access and assign permissions to the Trustees. This is the supported path when the previous administrator has left.
