My microsoft reward cant verify!!!

Question

When i claim my reward, it got me to the verification tab, I have already done the step, entered 6 digits in my phone, It really said verificated successfully, but nothing happen when I press next, still my points, no giftcard. I tried claimed rewards on my phone, but It needed me to add a phone number, I entered my phone number and it said " We do not support your country code, try adding a gmail", but verifying a reward need a PHONE NUMBER , NOT A GMAIL.
I just want to ask that if there are any other way to verify my reward.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Please refer to the below for the other things that you can check for this.

• Ensure that you are not using or connecting to any VPN or proxy.
• Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
• Check and try the dashboard on the Bing app and see if it will be the same.
• Check and try on a different browser as well and ensure that clean up the cache and also ensure that no extension/s installed might interfere with Microsoft Rewards.
• Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.
• From the Bing app on your phone, use it to scan the QR code and the link would be a blank page and then check if you will be able to copy the link and paste it into a inPrivate or Incognito mode browsing window and check if it would open thus enabling it to complete the verification.

If you will still encounter an issue after checking the above, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team and let the relevant team know on what happened. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.
