How does the 'quick access'?

before my upgrade, I was able to use 'quick access' folders and rearrange them but now the folders are actual folders.

Are you referring to the items pinned in the navigation pane? If that’s the case, could you clarify what you mean by not being able to rearrange them? As far as I know, pinned folders can still be rearranged, similar to what’s shown in the image below.

Could you share a bit more detail about the changes you’re noticing? That would help me better explain what might be happening with Quick access.
