    Hi Clifford Waddell,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Does your machine have Bluetooth device? Some machine does not come with Bluetooth built-in and need an additional adapter.

If you're not sure about it, please give me your specifications, I will help you check it.

    Thank you for your time.

Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Bluetooth, and turn Bluetooth 'On'.

    BT

Your computer is now discoverable, which means that other Bluetooth devices can find it.

Put your Bluetooth device into discovery mode and pair it with your computer. Once paired you can connect at any time.

Note: Your Bluetooth device might need a driver, but your computer does not.
